01st of August Notification of acceptance
01st of October Final registration and payment*
15th of October Deadline for submission of presentations
15th of January 2019 Deadline for submission of full papers
*Fee and payment:
– The participation fee is payable only in case that the registration is approved;
– The participation fee is 60 EUR.
– The participant fee for PhD Students is 30 EUR.
The participation fee includes:
– Certificate of participation
– Free access to all sessions of the conference;
– Possibility to present the paper or poster;
– Printing paper or poster in the a compendium;
– Lunch, coffee breaks and official dinner.
The accommodation is not included;
